To the Citizens of the Lakes Region Community,

The purpose of this auction is to raise funds for the World Championship Lakes Region Sled Dog Derby, scheduled for February 2009. This derby holds the distinction of being the longest running sled dog race in the entire world.  And it is only with your generous support that we are able to keep sled dog racing alive in Laconia, New Hampshire.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you in advance for any possible donation you can make to this auction and your help in keeping the “Greatest Show on Snow” running.  To help support the 79th World Championship Sled Dog Derby/John H. Lyman Memorial Race and our auction, please join us December 4th at Patrick’s Pub & Eatery.
             Hors D’oeuvres from 5:30 – 6:30 pm.  The Auction will start at 6:30 pm.
